Suppose you were recruiting staff for a job in the party entertainment sector. How would you start and where would you look? When candidates for the post sit themselves down in front of you exactly how are you to truly asses whether they could do the job or not?
Clearly having a little knowledge of the sector would go a long way.If you knew a little you could easily make out you are an expert and that they should not try to fool you with what they know about it. At the same time should they really try to bluff their way through things, you would already know the constituents of a 70s fancy dress party for example 70s pvc boots, and have at least some idea of whether or not they really could organize such an event.
